Consegración
This week I learned something, something I think I really should have learned earlier, and that is the law of consecration. I realized last week that there are some things I could do better. I mean I was trying to be a good missionary, but I could've been better. This was something that I had actually talked to my mission president about in my interview. His response was that he was so happy that I realized that. Because he has been waiting for me to realize that I could do better. This reminded me a little bit of Jesus Christ. He knows we are perfect, he knows that we won't ever be exactly like him, but he is there waiting for us to realize that we can do better, and when we realize that and include him in our effort to become better, he will bless us. He will bless us with the energy and strength to do better. He will bless us with the joy that comes from living the gospel.
